Welcome to LuxeNova. By creating an account or using LuxeNova ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK), and at least 18 to use Luxe Love (dating), Party Line, financial features, or to send/receive payments.
2. Your Account
- Provide accurate info and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person unless we authorize otherwise.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant LuxeNova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
5. Paid Features & Wallet
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Virtual items and credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Creator payouts follow the schedule and minimums published in-app.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third parties (payment processors, AI providers, identity verification). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of user content, or specific outcomes (including credit repair results).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the greater of (a) $100 or (b) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify LuxeNova from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
