- Account data: name, username, email, phone, password (hashed), date of birth, profile photo.
- Content you create: posts, clips, messages, calls, comments, reactions, uploads, dating profile.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device, IP, browser, approximate location, timestamps.
- Payments: handled by our payment processors; we store transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
- Communications: support tickets, reports, moderation history.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve LuxeNova features (DMs, calls, dating, party line, credit repair, wallet, etc.).
- Personalize recommendations (matches, feeds, suggested rooms).
- Detect fraud, abuse, spam, and violations of our policies.
- Send service notices and, with your consent, marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. How We Share
We do not sell your personal information. We share only:
- With other users, per your visibility settings (profile, posts, dating, party line).
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, moderation) under contract.
- For legal reasons (subpoenas, safety, terms enforcement).
- During a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (you will be notified).
4. Your Rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain uses. Use Settings → Data, or email privacy@luxenova.app.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward, unless longer retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security, and regular reviews. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and enable 2FA.
7. Minors
LuxeNova is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We delete accounts found to belong to underage users.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
